Coming with a program such as, "Be Best" would be more valuable, when the person acting as the role model for such a campaign has a proven track record.
In this way, that person could share examples of how, when, and what the person was and/is best at for others to follow.
Some of the other topics such as, Opioid abuse were also touched upon several years back.
